2020 Orlando Parade of Homes – Virtual Entry
Phil Kean Kitchens is eager to present our 2020 Parade of Homes entry! Our Kitchens team was selected by the homeowner to design and install a white, modern kitchen in their luxury townhome located in Downtown Orlando.

Minimalist and highly-functional, this kitchen showcases Phil Kean’s signature style. The townhome features beautiful exposed brick walls and our high gloss cabinetry creates the perfect juxtaposition within the space. A hidden walk-in pantry and custom cabinetry provide the ideal spaces to store everything behind closed doors.
Selections including a paneled refrigerator, Bosh appliances, quartz countertops and back-painted glass tile backsplash fuse together to create this high design, luxury kitchen.
The Orlando Parade of Homes is a highly-anticipated annual event in Central Florida that showcases the work of local home builders and designers. It is made up of free, self-guided tours of both open homes and virtual entries. The event was created for those looking for new homes, those re-imagining their current home, and for everyone interested and enthused by home design. It is produced by the Greater Orlando Builders Association. This year’s Parade dates are July 18-26, 2020.
Entries in the Parade of Homes are judged by non-local, unbiased judges. Grand and first-place winners are selected for each category and all entries are celebrated at an awards dinner held the weekend after the conclusion of the Parade.
